Goodison Park Stadium Limited and Everton Investments Limited were incorporated to facilitate the issue of £30 million in securitised loan notes that were issued in March 2002 in order to raise funds for the Club. The loan notes are held in Everton Investments Limited with all funds subsequently transferred to Everton Football Club Company Limited.
Goodison Park Stadium Limited is the entity where secured season ticket revenues are held on behalf of the loan note holders, hence Goodison Park is also held in Goodison Park Stadium Limited.
Everton in the Community is a registered charity that performs the Club's extensive community initiatives from within Goodison Park. Everton in the Community is committed to helping those less fortunate than ourselves and by using the name of Everton, it provides a focal point to raise funds and awareness. Everton Football Club is represented by Club officials who also hold Trustee positions at the charity.
The Everton Ladies Football Club Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Everton FC and was incorporated in 2010 to facilitate the administration of the Everton Ladies Football team in advance of a ladies' professional football league being introduced in 2011.
