Michael Gittins presented
some of the feedback received from surveys and workshops around stadium
migration. One of the key pieces of feedback from fans was that any priority
for new Season Tickets should be based on tenure.
o
A final number of available
Season Tickets has not been publicly communicated by the Club. Goodison Park
currently has around 31,000 Season Ticket members and Everton has already
confirmed that every Season Ticket member will be guaranteed the opportunity of
purchasing one at Bramley-Moore Dock. There is a Premier League cap that sees
no more than 80% of capacity being Season Ticket members.
o
The waiting list for an
Everton Season Ticket continues to grow and has reached 34,000. Nearly half of
that figure have a membership and are in tier 1 with the remainder in tier 2
(don't have a membership). In the next few weeks the Club will be
engaging with people on the waiting list to give them a clearer understanding
of their place within the waiting list banding.
o
The purchase of Season
Tickets for the new stadium will need to be done in stages and will likely be
based on tenure. The Club highlighted how using the data it holds will allow it
to go back at least 22/23 seasons.
o
Shareholders who are current
Season Ticket members will receive the highest priority.
o
Shareholders discussed how
Season Ticket sales for friends and family could work.
o
The sales of ALL – Everton's
bars, restaurants and experiences at the new stadium, have been selling really
well. There is circa 1350 hospitality covers at Goodison Park while the new
stadium will cater for around 5,500 ALL members.
o
The Club hopes to provide
further information and prices later this year – possibly around October with
sales potentially starting in December / January.
